Rules for Inscription
PROCEDURE OF INSCRIPTION:
1. Inscription Fee, both of Congress member and of accompanist, includes ALL the acts, visits, excursions, show restraint and dinners described in the scientific and social program of the congress.
2. Mark the hotel of your preference. The availability will be confirmed to the e-mail that you should facilitate to us.
3. We´ll not admitted reservations that it has not been received in writing (Fax) or across the web page.
4. Complete in capital letters all the requested information.
5. Do not carry out your payment until your request is not confirmed for mail.
6. Form of payment: bank Transfer in favour of HALCON VIAJES for the total amount of the reservation and inscriptions to the following bank account, indicating in the concept: " Name and Surnames of the Congress member and 15th International Paediatric Colorectal Club Meeting ":

7. Once you realized the payment, please sent your voucher by e-mail or fax indicated at the end of this page.
8. Deadline for inscriptions and reservations on line: On May 31 of 2.008.
9. The organization will send your bond of housing directly to the designated hotel.
10. Taxes for Cancellation:
- Between 15 and 7 days before the beginning of the congress: 1 night.
- Between 7 days and 48 hrs. before: 50 % of the reservation.
- Later cancellations: 100 % of prices.
